I very very rarely re-make artworks i have already done, but this particular peice has been bugging me and bugging me. the orginal in my gallery [link] had alot of good points, but i was horribly saddened by the crappy job i did on the backround. Now, while luri did come out quite well in the orginal, i did feel she looked too old for the particular timeframe of the scene i was trying to depict.

So, here is my re-make, far darker, and in my simple opion, far better.

the city-scape is Qubecc city for thouse that recognise it. otherwise, all models are mine.

thanks. my brother matt sugested a toruch insead of the dagger, but i wasn't able to fit it into the space i had, so i gave her a candle looking thing. works well :aww:

If you'd had the space a torch would've been cool, but I like the little fiery stick. It seems almost...cute somehow.
